valid Rank Limits For Upgrading Drones

There should be rank limits to upgrading drones. So I suggest that every drone except brutus will have limits for the upgrades until marshal rank. 

Special thanks to @EmeraldCat for finally making me make this topic through a post of his though I had this idea for a week :p

 

UPDATE

I decided to give the ranks to which the drones wil be allowed to access the next level for their drone upgrades.

• Brutus, Driver, Trooper, and Engineer will have half of the upgrades available at corporal, master sergeant, master sergeant, and master sergeant rank respecrively. The next ten upgrades will become available at the rank of warrant officer 1.
• Sprinter and Miner will have their first ten upgrades available at warrant officer 2. The next ten upgrades will be available at third luitenant rank.
• Supplier, Assault, Lifeguard, and Mechanic will have their first ten upgrades available at the rank of third lieutenant. Their next ten upgrades shall be available at the rank of major. 
• Blaster, Saboteur, and Camper have their first ten upgrades available at the rank major. The next ten upgrades will be available at the rank of brigadier.
• Booster, Defender, and Trickster have their first ten upgrades available at the rank of major genertal. The next ten upgrades will be available at the rank of marshal. 
• Hyperion will have all upgrades available at the rank of fieldmarshal.
• Crisis will have first 5 upgrades available at recruit rank. The next five shall become available at warrant officer 1. The next five upgrades will become available at the rank of third lieutenant. The next upgrades shall be available at the rank of major. The last five upgrades will become available at the rank of marshal.

Oh, I mentioned in another topic that drones don’t have upgrade rank limits, which meant that a buyer could max out their drone at a lower rank.(The idea was to decrease drone prices)

I, for one, think it’s a nice thing to have.

It is actually good though, similar to the rank limit of turret and hulls so that fair gaming stays intact based on the fact that same max limit of upgrade per rank makes everyone play with same brawns and brains, no exploitation to be afraid of.

Actually, I don't think there should be an exception, not even brutus. A fully MUed Brutus plus a fully MUed turret or hull of any modification can be quite strong for their rank. And since the upgrade prices for Brutus got a massive decrease, you can bet your bottom dollar that more and more people will try to max it out as early as they can.

Well considering brutus only buff supplies to the way it is before one of the updates, and brutus being the most f2p drone,  and I am upgrading it my alt, that's why lol

the biggest problem is when u have mk6 unlocked buyers ( at same rank ) can buy mk7 kit with tankoins and max it out ( mk8 ) it makes big disbalance so suggestion is 
if u have mk4 unlocked allow only mk4 kits ( not mk5 ) for both crystals and tankoins but it will cost less tankoins + players would be able to choose which payment method they want.

Personally this is a good idea in my opinion; it removes some of the discrepancy between buyers/tryhards and casual players. It doesn't have to be that big of a deal.

There's one reason, I believe this wouldn't be implemented. Let us say a guy spends tens of thousands of tankoins in Ultra Containers to get Crisis at an early rank. He gets it but can't get its max power. Now this is a serious handicap, and I don't suppose it is fair, at least for him.

I don't really see people with fully micro upgraded drones at lower ranks, so I don't really see a need for this.

To have fair gaming the entire basis of TO needs a MAJOR rework.

There is no point levelling out one small aspect of TO if the rest is OP, ultra container based, P2W.

Lets take paladin as a example. The only way to get it is through ultra containers and blind luck, plus were is the protection module that should have been brought out at the same time.

TO is and always will remain unbalanced for as long as buyers exist in enough numbers. The devs will ALWAYS take advantage of buyers and the gullible and exploit this to it's fullest. 

The devs care little for players (P2W/F2P) and their thoughts on how to improve the game and still have good game economy, which imo can EASILY be achieved while still making a profit. TO for most is unplayable and atm only buyers benefit from the devs insatiable appetite for cash, while neglecting balance in equal measure.

The game is awash with far to many OP gimmicks, all because the devs can make easy money from the aforementioned buyers and players that are easily manipulated into parting with their cash. 

Here is the difference imo of two types of players.

F2P....Goes into battle hoping desperately to do well, but knowing that it will probably end up like most battles, getting thumped by maxed out everything 9999 players.

P2W.... If I have a bad game (I fall asleep half way through battle) at least the top 3 is assured, suppose that will have to do.

I must admit, at the beginning I didn't really see any reason for this but after watching many Youtubers make "Mega Ultra Hyper Buyer RTL" videos, I see how annoying a maxed crisis can be at lower ranks, where you can't even have a chance against it.

This will definitely be good.

Also quite pathetic how badly those Youtubers abuse the account..

So, What about the supplies depending on the level of MIcroupgrades? how to reach maximum of 100 percent of boosted armor and damage at lower ranks such as Warrant Officer 1? Thus, no changes needed to drones upgrade levels be unlocked by ranks.

Press Accounts are of the rank legend, you can't change its rank.

There are RTL videos in which there are youtubers who've spent enough money to get 1.8M Tankoins. Trust me, I can send you the videos if you want.

It clearly says EN_YT. This means it is press account. Was speaking of other regular accounts of Youtubers.

I've seen them spend money worth 1.8M in other accounts, regular RTL ones.
