Halloween map

Since when the Halloween map has 24 players in each one, and why? (I was lag-free until it began)

I believe it was always like that, just that after B0-NK got buffed (you can destroy the Juggernaut in 1 shot, but the Juggernaut needs 2 normal shots to destroy the B0-NKs), players stopped leaving battles...

Earlier, the Juggernaut was almost impossible to destroy, because it could kill B0-NK Vikings in a single shot whereas B0-NKs required 2 successful critical damage shots to destroy the Juggernaut. This caused many players to rage-quit, naturally. But thankfully, this was changed quite fast yesterday, and the mode became balanced. 

On a serious note, if I am wrong, it would be great if we got a clarification from Forum Moderators.
