Is there a way to reset or reload the client?

Question

I was joining a battle when I got an error, after that the client is in permanent loding phase.

I already closed the client and opened again with no luck.

Well, the way to reset the client is to click the Reload button, which appears after an error is experienced.

Moreover, you can close the client and start it back again, which counts as a reload.

If you're experiencing loading screen issues , try turning your Wi-Fi or Internet ON/OFF, rebooting your device and clearing cache in your device's setting.

Sounds like a nice solution, but I'll try it another time.

Right now what i did was open another client, and when i did that I was able to login to another account. And if I had the first account as a friend to my other account I could have done the invitation solution you suggested. Browser too allowed me to login to another account.

Deleting cache sounds like the nuclear option to this problem.

With this error I didn't get the Restart button.

Closing client and opening it again didn't solve the problem.

I had this issue before, and like Spy said in one of his links, and because it happened when joining a battle/map, the problem is the battle/map and the client gets stuck with that battle/map. The invitation solution makes a lot of sense, I think it helps you leave that battle/map that your client is stuck with.

I suggest a real reload/reset button in IAS before, after having a similar problem some weeks ago.

After few hours I was able to log in to that account again.

I haven't tried the "invitation trick" Spy gave, I'll try that the next time it happens.

I don't like wiping out app data because then it takes sometime for the client to download the new data again and meanwhile the client lags. That was with Flash, I haven't try that with HTML5.

re-installing means delete the existing client and install it again xd 

if it doesnt work try the web version okay 

and say if it worked or not .

It worked by itself after few hours.
