Change how EMP works

Now, emp is not a "status effect", its just a disable of supplies and recharge ativate

And mammoth and Paladin cant beat this with their overdrives, since as they said on description "Immunity to ALL and remove ALL negative status", but emp its not a negative status effect, since you activate mammoth od and you cannot reactivate your supplies anyway if you received emp last 2 secs

So i suggest this:

1- The emp will be a temporary disabling of the effects of the supplies, they will remain in the user who has them, but their effectiveness will be nullified

2- For the case of repair kit, you cannot use him, he will be "disabled" until the effect ends

You have already suggested this Idea before, here it is. It will make EMP too strong. Try not to propose same ideas again and again.
One more reminder , keep Rule 6 of the I&S section in mind.
