declined Removal of missions to collect repair kits

Title.

It's really annoying when a teammate at full health takes a repair kit that's on the ground - and it's not even like they're doing it to prevent an enemy from taking it; they just waltz right in and take the repair kit that a teammate at low health (usually me ) was going for.

That problem was mostly solved when using garage supplies counts toward the mission progress, this includes repair kits.

Oh, I did not know that. 
That solves the problem I guess.
