invalid Ranked tanki matches

just like other team-based games(LoL, dota) you could make ranked matches (legends and above only) where gear score doesn't matter only skill in game modes like siege where you save your titan OD for when a Wasp putdown a bomb to save your whole team or to deactivate enemy shield and get those 5 seconds you neede to get the point where making strategic decisions matter such game mode could have a ban phase for 1 or 2 hulls&turrets\augments where you could chat with your team and decice what loadout each teammate will take.

making this ranked mode could push for a better tanki esport (which i wish to be in :D) siege was only one i had in mind right now but i am sure more could be thought of, as well for better esports for the tanki making this mode will "move" the good players which ranks lower than legends complain about having to play agains.

raising in esports aswell as making a good enviroment for starting players might bring new players much needed to the game or even bring back new players

Kindly refrain from posting the same suggestion again. Unfortunately the Idea has already been declined, because it can't fit in the current game mechanics. If you want to know the reason, you can check the linked topic for the clarification. 

As for your Idea of voice chats and Loadouts, Developers have already planned that to be implemented in the upcoming future ^^
