Improving protections modules

Hello,

I got a new idea for protection : for example, if you're a shaft player and that you have 50% protection railgun and a railgun shoots you, the recoil/impact force is reduced of 50% (it depends of how many is your protection)

This would reduce the effectiveness of the Heavyweight augment available for nearly all hulls. In today's time, numerous tankers have 50% protection against many turrets and specially rail, this would make the rail impact force totally ineffective. The same applies for impact force offered by rest of all turrets.
