Oh ok. Even then you can see the amount of players on the point without counting oj the radar. Idk if this will be useful and I'm not saying I agree with this option but I was just answering the questions of that other guy.

It's nothing game changing, it's just an indicator.
I don't see how this indicator could be visible at all times, because in CP there would be multiple indicators for multiple points and that would clutter the UI.

But what is the use of an indicator if you can see how many people there are with you eyes? Just make this visible from everywhere and I'll be happy.

Haha, ask the developers that. I can't implement the feature XD
Personally, i don't think how that would work but ok

Alright alright, I see the chat has gone a bit rouge and off-topic in between. Well any discussion is welcome as long as it remains peaceful and respectful. We don't want players holding a blood massacre here ?

Maybe op has to specify the usefulness/advantages of the indicator and why he thinks it is worth the place on the interface.

It does not specify a single usefulness/advantage, it is not a balance update nor a rework nor an idea of an OP augment. Look the tag at the start of the topic in which I marked it. It says "Information". It's a piece of information and its satisfactory & I see it as a useful feature, could come in handy in CP sometimes when players come in groups to cap a point and of course in Siege, and there always exists an option to disable this indicator if you don't like it.

Oh I'm fine if you can disable it as long as doesn't affect the game performance or anything. You keep saying that you find it a useful feature but you don't give an explanation.

That's up to Developers to optimize it and see how will it fit in the gameplay. We just have presented an Idea

And also you can implant as many indicators as you want and just make an option to disable it, but instead devs can use the time to fix other things. That's why we need it to have some kind of impact to players so it's not just a waste of time. And we need to sort out the best and most useful ones. We can't just randomly add indicators here and there. (Unless it's a very easy job for the devs but Idk anything about that)
ps Nothing against you or your idea btw,

Well, if you could see the indicator even when you're not at the point, it could help you decide which point to go to.

Your own statement is very contradictory. If you're not at the point, this indicator will not work because it is not designed to do so. To check which point you have to go, you already have the indicator on top present already which shows which point is in your favour and which is in enemy team.

I feel like I didn't understand the general concept of the idea, my bad, sorry.

Cant this do the same thing?

The radar is extremely useful and offers a gigantic advantage to those who use it well. This one is less so, but I think it may help assess the situation on a control point quickly and efficiently.

I also wonder how this would affect Siege, assuming the feature is implemented there too. At the moment there's an interesting strategy that you can use, where you stealthily come up to the point behind or below the enemy and sit there, preventing them from capturing it. Even with a line connecting to your tank, and even with radar, I often had situations where I could sit right next to the enemy and block point capture for a solid 15-30 seconds before they finally realised and started to shoot me. If they instead get a massive symbol basically saying "an enemy is on the point", I fear it would kill this strategy and remove the need for situational awareness.

Hello.
I suggest adding a feature that will let us see how many tanks there are on a control point.

I've created some mockup designs:

Here is the look of the counter:

If you have any questions about this, feel free to ask.

why would this be needed?

We don't need more info piped to our screens than we already have now.

If you don't like the feature, you could toggle it off.

Actually I don't have the reasons.  Why is it important to know how many tanks are at CP points?

And here's the last sentence of your original post... "If you have any questions about this, feel free to ask."

If you can't be bothered to answer the questions...

1) don't say "feel free to ask" and...

2) don't expect support for your ideas.

Sometimes when there are people below the points meaning when there is a point on a bridge etc. which is a case of many maps. I need to know how many enemy players are below me on either side of the points which are stopping my team from capturing the point. This Indicator could be a great addition to let know that yes if you killed 2 enemies below it, you still are able to know that there are 1 or maybe 2 people camping on the other side of the point directly below it.
