Reducing railgun crit chance when using legendary augments

Title. 

50% crit chance for railgun augments like incendiary rounds and EMP rounds is just TOO MUCH. Damn annoying to fight vs people using them.

Not so much of a Suggestion but rather a complaint about the current Game Mechanics. This section requires you to present your own Ideas and suggestion (solutions) regarding a specific problem rather than just stating there exists a problem or an imbalance. (Like For Example. --If you think 50% crit chance is too much, why do you believe that and what actual changes in damage or turret parameters do you propose to counter this issue).  Look previous ideas in this section to get an overview as to what can be possible and logical arguments.
