Unable to get into the game

For last 1 week, even at 150mbps speed, it takes a long time to load and then I get a message that removed due to inactivity. 

How many times I try I get the same problem. Through mobile, I am able to login even though it takes a long time to load.

What is the issue?

Issue/ bug experienced by numerous tankers and thus has been forwarded to developers. I think it does not directly depend on the Internet connection alone as many people with decent Internet speed are still facing this issue.

In the meanwhile kindly list the details Spy asked you as it is important to collect specific information about players facing this issue.

Will there be any compensation for users facing this problem? I will be completing the challenges and I can get EMP or Cyro rounds for my smokey. But if the game is not loading what is the alternative?

We don't know for now,  have to wait for the issue to get fixed first, let alone hope for the compensation, although your thinking is right.
