Why is there no balance between the players?

We as a Community wants to play Free to Play. We need a balance so that there is competition, but why there is no balance between the players and I am (Warrant Officer 4) and (enter with Legendary or less than Legendary), not at my level, but much higher than it and not extending If I competition and do not feel the taste of the game, please think deeply about the Free to Play Players and thanks to you tanki online

Hey there, thanks for taking your time to write your feedback.

But we expect from players to give suggestion and ideas in this section, regarding that specific problem/issue "how the MM can be changed, what balanced parameter reworks" etc. rather than just stating out that there exists an issue with MM. If you are not sure what I am talking about, check other topics in the I&S section to look at how other players present a solution along with listing of the question.  Hope you understand my point ^^

Also, the MM mechanism isn't perfect, and I agree on it. Many times I get ranked with low rank players, now this may sound good, but the MM becomes boring for a while. We hope Developers look about that issue in the near future.
