@wolverine848 You missed my point. What I'm saying is that Paladin got nerfed in the wrong way. Critical damage protection would keep Hornet and Striker in check; however, AP should be removed. That is what makes Paladin problematic, and it doesn't make sense that a support hull can apply it. Moreover, crit protection is/was unique to Paladin, it'd be better to give it that rather than AP which originally belonged to Hornet. As for Magnum... to tell the truth, I default to assuming we speak of it in the vertical barrel rotation mode. Magnum should have never been allowed to function like any other turret, and the AP augment makes it worse. So I suppose if Magnum were to get buffed, the AP version of it should have a damage penalty to bring it back to where it is now. That said, I do not run into AP Magnum that often, in the Legend ranks at least. It's mostly Striker, Shaft and Freeze. Magnum in all it's iterations is much less common than it used to be. PS; I seem to have forgotten about Thunder, which also needs a buff desperately, but tbh idk if anything can save it since Gauss replaced it. Devs literally called it the solution to Thunder's low efficacy against snipers. It's almost the same turret but better.

@KazareenI totally agree with magnum suggestion. It is really weak now. Standard magnum should get damage buff or reload buff ( from 3 sec to at least 2 sec reload) . AP magnum should have at least 25% lower damage then regular magnum or bigger reload, just like gauss EMP and AP have 25% lower sniping damage. Thunder seriously needs buff in damage and reload. Nowdays  it is the weakest turret in game.

It does. But it likely wont for a very long time. And the reason why they wont buff it is because they wont profit from it as much as making less used equipment overpowered.

Right now, freeze, striker, tesla, paladin, and probably hammer is making them alot of money.

Once they stop profiting from the mentionables, they'll nerf them heavily and buff the least used gear. Next ones to be buff might be isida, magnum, titan, ares, dictator, and twins.

Oh and Viking will likely be nerfed to the ground.

Basicaly, these devs are scamming you out of what you paid for.

Thunder will probably get buffed once it gets reworked in HD. We will see a whole bunch of disgusting OP augments for it, I can already imagine. 

Splash crits that will stun 4/5 tanks at once, or that will give EMP to enemy tanks just by shooting near a wall.

Hell, even a "nuclear ammo" augment. Massive splash radious, damage and crit chance that will burn anyone caught inside the explosion. 

 

That way, the whales will buy like crazy to get the newest hot mess available...

That's only when its HD version is released. For all we know, it could be the last one that gets released. We also got to consider the possibility that tanki may be forced to shutdown for good before then. And with the rate of HD skins released, I'm leaning more toward tanki shutting down before all the HD skins being released.

Its good that stun was nerfed because it was so broken. I hope miner drone gets a nerf too because its getting annoying how people just camp and I can do anything about it.

That’s true, but the least he could do is give an explanation for the changes that have occurred. Literally everyone complained about the container update but I saw no input from Marcus into the matter. 
What’s the point of being a community manager if you don’t even try to respond to the people of your community?

Here's a simple solution... Just don't camp with shaft and utilize the 2 firing modes. Arcade shots exist you know XD. But seriously, I seen a lot of shaft players that can still really adapt well with the shaft change if not made some more players more lethal.

I use shaft in long range maps when i have to go through a lot of work to get to the enemy base so yh i would be camping. And what is it to say I didnt adapt to the shaft change? I was just replying to a comment that said why shaft needed a change. People just hate getting one shot when they themselves r just decimating the enemy team with op augments.

Have you not noticed player base dropping with each and every change they've made over past 6 months to a year?

The recent rewards change will be the death-knell.

Yes I noticed. But have you noticed their activity in research and development in the last 3 years?  HTML5 client, HD skins, HD maps, new interface...

Obviously they have enough money, I don't see death of TO in the next 5 years.

I don't see Tanki death is close or will happen in near future, I think it will last for more years.

But don't believe their claims that HD textures takes from them such amount of time, obviously they're not. There are some skins have around 3 months interval between each.. If we took the average of skin resolution will we conclude that the employee (designer) take one hour for one pixel?  I believe in this time (from 2020 december) they can release HD skins for every hull & turret and much more.  HTML5 is yes resource taking, but HD skins no.

The root of the problem is the game designer's desire to have imbalance in the game and to make players adjust (via container luck, grind time, or money) through a series of nerfing and buffing equipment and introduction of more and more status effects.  It is the reason I stopped playing any of my alts.  I didn't have the garages on those accounts to adjust without experiencing more frustration than enjoyment.

As the player base keeps shrinking (there is no denying this) the lower ranks will continue to struggle as they are forced to play higher and higher ranks via MatchMaker.  Fewer and fewer of those new players will stick around due to not being competitive.

It will be a vicious loop that gets ever smaller and smaller.

I never said it will fold this year.  But it's inevitable it will happen sooner than later.

yes they may be even lucky if they success in attracting and keeping new players with the P2W mechanism (however the opposite can be true)

While it true that they try to hype up certain things. What really throws off our support for them is changes that nobody asks for. Like that dumb change to containers couple weeks ago.

I have opened 50 containers by set of 15 and look at this...

Is the chance to get epic item really 1/20 (5%)? Because i got only 1 in 100 containers in 2 weeks... i think that a pure lie. However, i have constated that in my lower ranks account that chance to get epic are 1/20 approximately, so why is my big account, not getting epic items?? I have almost nothing left in that section, is it a way to not let me get what i want?

After i get mysterious red, i might consider to leave too as the game is frustrating me, why should i play a game that gives me bad emotions?

Right, you shouldn't. You don't need to leave for good, just don't let yourself get hooked in by stupid eye candy and empty promises again. Play only when YOU want, not when the game wants you to play.

They should now lower the high EXP gain.

Why whould I want to rank faster when income has taken a big hit.

Rewards for rank-ups should be reviewed, but maybe I'm wrong, maybe 1 container is okay... for a recruit ranking up.
