With the recent removal of showcase kits, there have been a few issues that have risen due to the lack of balance within the game (in my opinion). In the showcase, kits that were purchasable with crystals, are now gone, leaving free to play players in a difficult situation. This is as they either are forced to wait weeks for sales, just to buy and upgrade equipment. Effectively, this puts free to play players at a huge disadvantage to their counterparts, who are able to purchase and max out equipment, thus causing imbalances in matchmaking. A solution to this problem, could be to add a way to purchase equipment kits, so that free to play players are still able to keep up with their counterparts by purchasing kits, using crystals. Another more drastic solution is: altogether reducing the cost of actual equipment (in crystals) making it easier for f2p to progress in the game. This would mean that overall f2p players would not be overspending more than they can afford to, and it will enable them to keep in the same lane as higher gear players. One final solution I could suggest, is making sales more frequent and making them at higher value (for example instead of reductions around 30% increase this to 35/40%), this will enable f2p players to purchase goods, effectively, however also will make buyers more overpowered, so may be seen as redundant to do, unless a solution can be upheld.

Unfortunately, as part of I&S section rules listed on the page, we do not accept Ideas regarding any rewards/bonuses.

Main reason is that the Developers solely decide these matters, based on consultancy with the Marketing team etc. For sales, they know beforehand how the current economy is going and what discounts to put.

Moreover, the kits are not gone forever, they will come back with the introduction of the new Interface. Stay tuned ^^
