Spend real money to have a YouTube channel advertise on all of the game's billboards. This would be a great way for tanks to generate revenue and for youtubers to generate a following.

Firstly, thanks for showing me the pristine example of a YouTube channel.

Secondly, matters regarding revenue are solely decided by the Developers along with the consultancy of the marketing team. They already introduced events and the process of "Creator Tags" regarding the Youtubers.
