I just think it would be a good idea to purchase Legacy Skins in the shop like the Legacy Railgun skin and the showcase can be called 

"DeathMachine" so with that you would get the "Legacy Skin" for Railgun 

and an augment which like the "Large Caliber Rounds" and the paint would be "Phantom"

and the shot effect would be "Violet" 

it would cost in tankoins like 9990 

so what do y'all think about this as a showcase?

Basically, the showcases are all solely decided by the developers as well as consultation with the marketing team, actually many showcases are missing, for example, railgun LC, skins of hovering hulls, tesla XT, isida XT. It is formulated and brought into action from the passive team working on the shop system. I doubt any player feedback would change it until they feel like introducing the skins themselves.

I recommend keeping an eye on the BPs as they now contain skins at the last tier, shot effects, augments can be found in the containers itself.

Nikman explained it well in the post above, developers basically reserve these matters to their own judgement and do not accept player suggestions. Not much we can do about that.

I remember a skin container before a while was costing 35K tankoins, for a random skin.  Definitely for a specific skin may be higher, I think 9990 is low for it.

Would seem highly unlikely if I am being honest, anyone able to afford 31k tankoins just to get a skin would already have all the skins at that point.
