Tanki false-ban

about ~75 days ago tanki banned my account [edited] forever, i was in a BUGGED map, a map with glitches and bugs, i fought few players there and left the map, after I left my game crashed and when i refreshed it showed me that my acc is banned forever for hacking... i tried to tell help@tankionline.com the whole story few times but i always got the same answer that its blocked forever and cannot be changed.. its like a bot answered me all the time the same answer and didnt read everything i wrote.. do you have any way to check this case/see if theres proof that i "hacked"? also when my acc got banned another player got his account banned too, his nick is [edited], he paid to a moderator few days ago to unblock his acc, it was supporsed to be blocked forever.. can u check this case too? thanks, but please dont answer me the same answer as always that "your account is blocked forever and it cannot be unblocked" or something like that, please read everything i wrote, its your job after all and it will help me a lot! thanks.

Hey there, unfortunately, Tech Support is the only way to deal with your problem as they have the authority regarding blockage and revival of a people's accounts.
