Good news everyone!

 

We managed to find a solution to the problems we’ve had in the game for the last few days.

 

In order to apply the solution to fix the problems, we will need to temporarily disable access to the game. Starting from May 31st, 07:00 UTC, we will have a few hours of maintenance period during which the game won’t be available at all.

 

Please be patient, soon you will be able to enter the game again and enjoy completing missions, playing festive battles and claiming the token of apology.

Glad to see a public acknowledgement regarding this as well as the statement of finally fixing the problem that has been occurring from some time, and I am sure everyone can agree that is a lot of annoying and frustrating. As Frederik said, let's hope this issue gets fixed for once and for all.

Glad to see the Token of apology section mentioned, so many players can relax and rest in ease, if not completely then to a little, as we deserve this.

I hope the token of apology would worth it.

It could be 1 300 tankoins, 20 UC and some days of premium. I know i can seem thirsty of rewards but i remind that the game not only prevented us to play since thursday this time, but also kicked us from battle which made us to lose crystal rewards, supplies and time for the effort, energy and the whole frustration  the bug has caused to us. 

The bug has also sabotaged the tanki fund indirectly, the first day are always the golden ones, so if the token give 1 300 tankoins, it would kind of repair the tanki fund and allow more people to participate in, also, it would repair the unfair 130 tankoin reward for completing 18 special missions for Tanki birthday.

I am kind of worried the Token of apology would be less then players expect. But as the issues were quite severe, I hope the developers considered the appropriate amount properly.

You are correct, but expecting the Tanki team to be generous is a bit hopeful, to put it politely.

We will get a paint, a container and 100 of all supplies at best.

I just want to see Ducks paint in my garage as the token of apology. Please that would be fair from you whilst it would have no effect on game economy.

After all, it's just a paint it does not give you any advantage on the battlefield.

As a token of apology, I'd appreciate if people got what they lost, because they weren't able to login and play - option to play in weekend's event mode for an extra day or two, and repeated sales. I can see why people want tankoins and free stuff, but this would make more sense.

Players couldn't play properly over the weekend, TO devs would receive a lot of backlash if they wouldn't give a good token of apology.

Regular occurrence during special events the entire time I've been playing.  Lost so much time getting kicked out, not getting in, lag.  Was winning a few battles, kicked out.  Hope there is something for this trouble.
