That's actually the whole point of removing the shrug, instead of reacting with the sad feature, give your ideas and opinions as to how the certain item will break the game balances if implemented, that's what we are trying to promote.

Rather than people spamming shrugs out of nowhere just because they think the idea is bad but, on the other hand, not trying to correct the idea themselves as well as the ideology of the person who posted and to make it fit into the current mechanics.

You are wrong about this one - the shrug reaction wasn't added when the forum was updated but only a year after. We didn't imagine the community would use something so simple as a reaction so badly.
