Am I able to make private map in Parkour mode and join from many accounts and kill them all with 1 account to increase my K/D? Im talking about map in Parkour mode that doesnt give any xp or crystals

Player's are not supposed to perform such acts, let it be for crystals, KD or any other Game parameter or function. It is prohibited and promotes breaking of the Game Rules.

Such actions should be refrained at all costs.

Would this even apply to making a battle with a single alt in order to test out damage or record a video showing off a certain alteration or upgrade?

In a way, you are having 2 accounts battle at the same times, so this rule would apply in that case too  

But if you already have a video prepared, showing that your intention was to test an equipment, or if you have any form of proof or evidence that implied you weren't breaking rules, you can probably stay safe from unfair blocks/bans.
