Tetra Twins

Twins and Ricochet are absolutely the same nowadays, especially while they have similar augments. Almostly the same if you want to choose a one, but for what is OP at the time.  Now, Ricochet. Next time maybe Twins.

So I felt like We have to change Twins somehow to make it differ a bit, honestly, two barrels now are just meaningless, not a big difference from ricochet or (machine gun).

So to make twins unique, I suggest to make it an octo, that shoots everywhere. I choose the title tetra, because tetra twins: 4x2=8, so I was somehow detailed about this. It would be good against crowds, or for who have bad aim.

In real it doesn't need to have lesser damage than current version, because current version have two concentrated barrels, and this is distorted. But maybe a bit lower damage be a good deal.

Edit: As it seems, the turret virtually will have zero recoil, because every shot just balance the other. But maybe in jumping (like Silence) or flying (hopper) will make some difference and make it more stable or semi-helicopter.

Honestly I haven't find a good picture to describe, so I was forced to design mine, sorry for the inconvenience.

Changing the turret to something new just on the basis of Overpowered augments won't solve anything, twins is fine on its own.

Twin's EMP i.e. Magnetron was the previous most powerful augment, until the EMP nerf and then introduction of Helios. Twins still works decent in MM.

Besides, shooting on all sides, how would you control or shoot something on the back or which is not in your line of sight. It would be a defending turret or a very overpowered one, or even with Viking Overdrive, plasma balls shooting from 8 sides....

Not really possible but that picture looks funny  ?

I imagined that this thing spreadifng bullets everywhere enters an SGE point and clears everyone out at one timetime

Though it'd be definitely unique, a turret shouldn't be changed so drastically, and such ability to shoot around everywhere would be were overpowered, as meeles couldn't even get near you.

Oh yeah, that too.

The common thing between diep.io and bloons is that there are actually situations where your turret is surrounded by enemies, and being able to shoot all around you is useful and effective.

Looks like OP didn't really think this one through, because let's face it — how often do you end up in a situation where you're literally surrounded by enemies, and don't immediately die from everyone shooting you?

In this case, you don't have computer generated objects to fight with, but rather than real tanks or should i say real players.

Even if you don't die from multiple enemies (there can be a certain scenario), shooting all sides would be extremely powerful. As they mentioned, in Siege, or even when pulling a flag, scoring a ball. Killing everyone in an instant would be unfair because it is not a certain augment which can add an extra barrel to twins (like from usual 2 to 3) but the turret as whole. 

Which means all the augments currently in the game must apply to it, furthermore justifying the cause to not go with the change.

The idea is not bad, I like it, because as you mentioned, I have played the games which use the certain mechanism, but this type of feature doesn't fit to TO in general.

That's a good suggestion, with certain modifications and tweaks, this could have potential to be worked as a new turret.

? All great suggestions start as a humor factor  (Yes, the lline sucked ik)

Also its not upto me, but to the Devs to consider what turret to implement next.
