it's really annoying to see that dot in garage and go to there to just check  supplies that you got them from containers, so is it possible to remove this mechanism from supplies and keep it with drones and alterations and cosmetics

I think the goal of that mechanism is to let you know what you received from the last container, in case the game crashed during the opening, for example.

Removing the feature for supplies would defeat its purpose in my opinion, as you will not be able to tell what you received, or whether you received anything at all.

I agree it gets annoying though, so maybe a spoiler with 15 last container rewards, placed directly in the containers section, would better fit the purpose.

They could have the box lighter shaded/glow for new items. That dot is kind of hard to see.

I thought it's a bug, if it wasn't then ... In real my garage is full of dots, I will not go to clear every dots every time I open a container. This is why I hope it's a bug, otherwise what I will not love to say is (horrible).

For my interest, it is not at all annoying. I like to see them on my supplies.
