Why Can't I Do Any Damage In Battles?

Most of the time I load into a battle I can't do any damage, but I can do damage in pro battles. I have good Wi-Fi connection, but I still can't do any damage in battles

No-damage bug is common, the only solution is to refresh the game. This bug occurs due to high ping sometimes or due to the anti-cheat system

it's a know glitch for a long time, the devs said that it's due to anticheat if i wasn't wrong 

all i can say is to refresh, it should fix it most of times

I would suggest restarting your application when the battle is in its loading phase. It should be less time-consuming that way than to go into a battle hoping you're dealing damage and then you're not.
