Are the non buyers are blocked based on IP

I see the game is working for so many people. Youtubers re releasing video. It was not working for me initially and found that it was working in edge. I posted it by mistake. Immediately the game stopped working on edge too for me. The issue also got closed on urgent basis. Any issue on this topic of game not  working is getting closed on urgent basis without any remarks. Some times get personal remarks as developers are working (working for more than a week +) Is it a measure to reduce load to block non-buyers in playing the game or is it based on particular area or region so they can reduce the server load and no need to switch the server?

The issue has been reported and developers are aware of it.

Official statements have been made on the social media sites of Tanki online.

The reasons we have been closing topics in this section regarding the issue are the following:

1. The aforementioned statement is the best we have for now. Once more info is available, a fitting announcement will be made.

2. The rules of the QnA section do not allow for discussions to occur, only for questions and answers. If you wish to discuss issues of the game, you can use the complaint book topic in game discussion section.

I have raised similar issue earlier and the thread is closed immediately. Got a PM that not to raise this as an issue henceforth in the forums since devs are working. But no announcements were made like they used to make

Blocking non-buyers would be tanki shooting themselves in the foot though they keep doing that so... oof.

non-buyers can easily become buyers later so where is the logic behind blocking non buyers?

It's DDoS attacks its just this time the hackers did not attack the game 24/7 also some countries were forgotten i guess like in my country tanki was only lagging for 1 day and never again. I am a buyer and i was lagging.
