Sounds like a great idea. Can't wait to try it out.

When it will be in the game?

And it will be released all at once or in a few steps?

By the way, If I can offer something, you need to advertise Tanki over the internet so new players will come.

In the past I saw some ads of tanki into other webs I were in but not anymore and I think it can bring new people to our town.

Friend brings a friend is a nice tactic but I unsure it works these days..I know many old players who just did a new account because they were bored or looked for a new start (by the way, it's a point too- why do we get only one container when we reach a new legend rank? Why not to give us something more special every a few legends?)

These are my thoughts for now ?

Yes, I’m sure it’s a very SPECIAL episode for beginners - who will immediately leave when they see how ridiculous the XP to crystal gains are and how broken Matchmaking is, among a plethora of other issues.

Then you want US players to help YOU with new tutorial, us players, you reading and using OUR feedback. Did i miss something or are you that desperate for needing new players that you have nothing left but take last option and actually listen to your playerbase?

silly boy thinking they'll actually listen to the playerbase.

they "listened" to the playerbase a lot of times every update is what the playerbase wanted! thats what hazel says at least

I play another browser game, one with a German dev team, and there have literally never been any technical issues and they listen to player concerns and act on feedback. Moreover they conduct polls before major changes and let the playerbase decide if big changes to the game are acceptable.

But no, in Tanki we have one man calling the shots because he thinks he knows what’s best for everyone. Quite literally.

I play a Japanese Gacha game called Dokkan Battle. Its similar to tanki in a way because its gambling and new cards release around every 2 weeks. Pretty sure hazel decided to copy Gacha Game monetization strat. Dokkan Battle devs listen to the playerbase they do SURVEYS around every 6 months and do updates everyone asked for. Guess what we got?
Normal gacha games live for around 3-4 years then completely die..

Dokkan Battle just ended their 7th anniversary celebration and going into another monstrous celebration with absolutely no signs of slowing down, instead of slowing down they get more and more money and players. Its now one of the biggest mobile games in HISTORY (you can search it up its Dragon Ball Z Dokkan Battle) their total earnings are 3.5 BILLION DOLLARS i think and you can clearly see that a lot of that is going  back into the game because the game looks so good people who don't play it legit refuse to believe its a mobile game. If Hazel listened they could be Dokkan of MMO games but.... eh.

SPECIAL

VERY SPECIAL TIPS FOR TANKI ONLINE. I AGREE THAT THIS GAME NEEDS CONTEXTUAL TUTORIALS AND TIPS TO HELP PLAYER KNOW AND PLAY THE GAME WELL, INCLUDING BEGINNERS. TANKI ONLINE ALSO NEEDS TIPS ON HOW TO USE TURRETS, FOR BEGINNERS ON THE RECRUIT RANK ONLY.

I really liked this vlog, really, I see that this tutorial will help the players a lot during their journey in tanki

The only thing that helps players is cash and a lot of it, because without large amounts of cash your gaming experience is at best very average.

They want to help players then start acting on player feedback on how to improve this complicated, constantly changing game.

Do you mods ever really dissect the game into pro's and con's and extrapolate the huge differences between them when actually playing battles.

A tutorial is all well and good but will not help players navigate the myriad of complexities that have sent the game into freefall.

It is no longer enjoyable, without cash it's a grind and a tough one at that.

The developers will just not act on player feedback and because of that it will continue to decline and for the most part, incur negative responses from most of the players.

Floating trash cans, hiked up shop prices, inability to sort out server problems (crashes, lag, etc) are just a few of the problems plaguing this game.

Spending cash on this game is just not worth it because it is so unstable and far to complicated and constantly changing, for the worse.

Funny how they are teaching players how to turn & aim turrets properly, but in fact they create op turrets such as scorpion, which enables you to aim behind walls at the speed of light (swarm), & thunder vacuum shells which make players fire at literally anything except the actual target.

This game will never get a sizeable number of new players to stay in its current state.

Hazel said he’s planning to release it on console, but just imagine how it will be absolutely destroyed by reviewers and will amount to nothing but an epic fail.

Just watched the v-log.

Why players need to "BUY" gold boxes????? really.

What players need is a stable game and i don't mean no crashing, lags, etc.

One of the main issues out of the many issues in TO is the XP/CRY ratio.

If the developers really want to help players and maximise the games full potential this needs addressing immediately. CRY should exceed XP by at least a ratio of 3 and the XP needed to rank (for every rank) up to legend needs increasing, also by a factor of 3.

These two changes alone will help out new players and more established players a great deal, it will also help out with the appalling G/S a lot of players have at the higher ranks.

The rewards for ranking need to be increased also, 1 container is absurd and usually yields 1000 cry. 5K for ranking from recruit leading up to 50k at legend and a subsequent 50K for every rank up after that. 1 Container is a joke.

That list has said the iOS app is “work in progress/planned” since about 2017 or so. It means nothing.

FINALLY SOMEBODY REALISED THAT THEIR "work in progress" means less than nothing. like 90% of their "planned updates" list is just a lie these "updates" are like 5 years old already

ADVERTISING FULFILLED.

THAT IS GREAT SO THAT DEVELOPERS AND PLAYERS CAN BE ABLE TO ADVERTISE TANKI ONLINE SO THAT IT BECOMES MORE SUCCESSFUL. ADVERTISING IS PART OF SPREADING THE WORD TO MAKE TANKI ONLINE MUCH MORE SUCCESSFUL AND KNOWN TO THE WORLD OF GAMES. JUST KEEP SPREADING THE WORD TO HELP MAKE TANKI ONLINE GROW IN POPULARITY AND ATTRACT NEW PLAYERS ALL THE TIME.

This sounds amazing, I really like the idea of letting the player discover the game for himself. Another way to teach the player how to play just doing missions sounds good too.

Thanks developers for considering new players and old ones. ?
