1. I want to know how to handle bully members ? I have raised issue in the game window but tankionline never took action

2. How to handle stupid team members? (Example of stupid players: They just move forward in the line blindly even when the Ares od is active and also block you from moving.)

3. I find my hull getting destructed suddenly when no one shoots me . Many times, even when I am in a place where no one can shoot me. ( video cannot be taken for random and sudden events) I know, tankionline will not acceps

If they are bullying you in chat, then nothing can be done for now as chat reports are no longer accepted. You can only hide the players' messages. If they are bullying you in battle as in sabotage or any other illegal activities, you have to record those moments and submit it on the game violations page on the Russian Tanki forum https://ru.tankiforum.com/forum/39/?attempt=1

Bully members are crying behind screens and barely write a little, you're the winner.  Stupid players -- no comment, bots and annoying in real.  For the sudden SD, this is may be because your internet connection or an anomaly action you did that the game doubt you're a hacker.  In 2014, tanki horribly implemented a new aggravating anti-cheat system that just randomly SD you. Whenever you jump over any tank you just get SD, it was really annoying. It lasted till 2019.  I don't hide for you, in real till now I have a phobia from getting over other tanks.
