Firstly, multiple topics per day is against the rules of the I&S, you can post the rest on different days.

One topic per user per day. If you post multiple ideas in one day, only the first one will be processed, while the rest will be hidden.

As for your idea, devs removed the flash interface for a reason. They want to explore the HTML5 possibilities, and they clearly said in the past that they won't be returning the Flash-like interface. Even the 2 new interface are completely new HTML 5 facilitated versions.

I like the flash interface, but for me it's nonsense for the game to have completely two different interfaces.  So it's better for them to stay in the current.

Anyway I remember in HTML5 test release 2016, it had a similar interface to flash. https://prnt.sc/iOWNQF-Eran5

But it seems like the layout buttons were washed out.  You can see old videos in youtube

I used this one for quite some time as I had problems with Flash. They should have kept it.
