Hey, Momentary said most of the essential information being that you need to be patient especially if the waiting time is 7 days. In short the waiting time isn't always the same, sometimes it is 24 hours, sometimes 48 hours and sometimes 7 days. This is likely due to the number of tickets they receive, the different cases to deal, perhaps the complexity too and likely some factors I do forget. Therefore the best thing is to wait.

As for sending a message asking about the status, I really do not advise to do so, it was written somewhere by the technical support that replying will move your ticket to the end of the queue, which in other words means you'll have to wait even longer.

They usually respond within 24 hours. Have you received any mail from them saying that they will answer soon? Or have you checked your spam folder already?

I would say you could try messaging them via mail under help@tankionline.com and ask about what is going on, a week without any response is a bit too long.

yes you need to wait 7 days, thats the rule. if they answer your email saying its under consideration, they looking into it. dont worry, you gonna get your answer soon enough

Maybe. But in my opinion there is nothing wrong to ask about the status after 7 days pass, maybe they didnt get a ticket or something.

There is indeed nothing wrong but it will put automatically your ticket at the end of the queue, I don't think it is their own decision to do that but rather how the tool for tickets works.

I am also having issues getting any response from Tanki Support.

I have been trying to close my account for several weeks now, and thus far, I haven't got a reply back in this regard when I emailed help@tankionline.com.

What should one must do in this regard then? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
