You need to make it around all the islands and reach the main island to receive the prizes in each tier. You will be notified when the prizes are transferred to your account. That is what makes this game P2W: you need to go all the way around in order to receive any of your prizes.

Fix the damn game.
I'm tired of randomly self destructing while playing due to bad programming and having to restart my game because i cannot deal damage afterwards. this is getting really tiring now.

Good for you. I'm at step 43. Still need 8 islands to reach main island number 3. Can I reach it ? No chance...

Today, I moved back 5 islands (third time so far). Bad luck is on me...

Can we get some clarifications from TO about us not succeeding to log in and thus not get any lollipops to advance in the trick or treat game?

Maybe a post about an  extension of time for the mini game when everything is OK. Maybe a promise to get some lollipops as a token of apology or maybe some text assuring that we will not be influenced by these technical issues.

On multiple occasions I have signed into the minigame only to find my tank moved back several islands. It is not a case of getting kicked back from the dice roll, but rather I roll, am halfway around the circle, then sign out. Next time I sign in I am either back to the main island or several islands back. What gives? It is bad enough the is crafted for buyers, but even worse to have earned progress erased for no reason.

I get the request, but I have no idea when it is going to happen. I suppose I could screen record every time I go into the minigame, but it barely works as it is. I am going to just have to eat the progress, but it is worth noting that it happens to the frustration of players.

i'm still on island 1 , and i do not think i got throwed back that many times., though i think it was 8 1 time. How can people reach 3 island in free mode? so weird but now i'm used to weird tanki ..i did not check honestly   but is like i did not progress at all in days
I would be ok with island 2 at this point so i can get some tankoins for  battle pass , cant even bother else after the login problems

Welcome to the "UNFAIR" biased world of TO. 

Will you guys never learn. TO is for buyers only and if you insist on playing their dumb childish games (lol lollipops, really) then be prepared to get swindled EVERY TIME.

For those that fall for it "every time" no sympathy, you don't deserve it.

How can I finish the challenge and the trick or treat minigame if I cannot login?

It is happening for several days now. Sometimes you succeed in logging in, and sometimes you just don't finish missions since you cannot login at all (like now).

Please help!!!!

I believe there are bugs in the Mini game event in which the Devs should look into

This happened few days ago in which I was in the 4th island over half way across already and i had purchased the bundle so i had around 240 lollypops to just cross over 9 remaining islands to start level 5.
i keep getting +1 almost all the time which is very disappointing but i knew 240 lollys were enough to complete 9 islands.

WELL GUESS WHAT IT WASNT. and i ended up on the last island (meaning only 8 islands were progressed) I got 4 -5s which 2 were in a row.
and a similar thing happened on my low account. so over 400+ $ in total and neither of my accounts are anywhere near the 5th island completion. 
 

I knew this game had higher risks but really tanki this much? It's quite unfair even as a paying player. can't imagine how bad it must be for free players

Feel like I've had the worst luck in the game and honestly quite depressing!

and Neither can i play because most of the event days the servers are unplayable.

I really expect a compensation, but knowing tanki its probably not going to happen.
