declined Replacement of Gold Box with [Coin Box]

So before sharing the idea let me share a short-story first. Yesterday , I had experienced the same rush , drops and jumps in my Heart which I used to experience few years back after hearing the Siren and flashing of the message 'The Gold Box will be dropped soon'. (Nostalgic for old players isn't it ? )  

So there used to be a time when all players of Tanki Online used to Experience this feeling Everyday in this game. But this feeling slowly faded after the 'Gold Box Supply' update and flooding of Gold Boxes by Players. in Battles. And I want the same feeling again in battlefield of this game. So here is my idea

 

The Idea of The Coin Box:

 

 

These Coin Box are not the CoinBoxes which Tanki Implemented in the form Containers. These are going to be different , like Gold Box which give us +1000 crystals in the same way they will give us +10 Tankoins.

Nowadays, earning crystals is not a difficult task it is very easy , but earning Tankoins is way harder. In Old times earning Crystals was not easy as it is today, we used to catch 100s of gold box before any event , farm crystals to Upgrade our Garage  but Nowadays Tankoins are Major part of the Tanki-Economy. I agree it is a luxary , So was Crystals back then, but if the concept of Coin Box is implemented it will bring back the same fun and intense-rush in the Hearts of our Players.

 

If Developers and Players wants to keep the Legacy of Gold Box , they can keep the name of Gold Box and just change the reward of 1000 crystals with 10 Tankoins.

I will also put a Poll soon to see players want the replacement or not.

We do not accept Ideas regarding increase / decrease of Gold Boxes' values or drop rates.

Developers said in one of the past VLOGs that they can allow only a certain amount of tankoins to be provided to a player every month to keep the game economy intact.

What you said was right, the rarity of obtaining crystals in the old times has been taken by tankoins in the current.

Crystals are certainly easier to earn now, but on the other hand, the amount of items you can buy in the game with that currency is therefore reduced and has been replaced by Tankoins which are fairly harder to earn. 

Also, kindly refrain from using inappropriate words in the public form, it's against the code and conduct of the rules.

This is not a Gold Box , I proposed a different box which is just like Gold Box , Mega Gold , Container or Lollipop Box etc.

I used the term 'Replacement Of Gold Box' to amplify the fact that today we don't need Gold Box as much as we needed it back then.

We need something which gives guaranteed Tankoins. So this Idea is not about Gold Box. I used Gold Box to make it easier for players/developers to relate to my feeling.

100% Agree because at the end Tankoins is after all a Luxary, but developers can  handle this issue by limiting the drop rates of Coin Box.

the main currency back then was crystals which is why gold boxes were highly valued, i think op is right as now we have 2 currency with tankoions being more imporant ovb so it make sense for us to catch coin boxes and will get some exctiment in catching them since we have a chance to get 100,000, the drop rate shoudl be half of that of regualr gold boxes or the same as a mega gold. 

it wont affect the economy if you drop it at the same rate of mega golds or even half of the current drop of golds as most of the times you only get 1 - 10 tankions which is so much less than that of gurraned weekly and challanges.

most people dont even catch 10 golds a week lol. even if you catch 10 coin boxes at half of current rate of gold it would take you a month to catch that ammount of coin boxes, and if you are unlucky you will get only 50 tankions from 10 coinboxes which took you a month to get. 

 

i think we can all agree we need the extictment gold boxes used to do that should be tankis main focus somthing that excites players like bruh his idea is pretty good. 

 

 

 

 

i mean in the end its up to tanki if they want to retain players, but nowdays old players just play for all the free stuff tanki gives every weekend lol. they should focus more on the core aspects of the game that made it so popular back then. 

 

it was a huge mistake on thier part by allowing people to dorp golds, it took away the excitment. golds shld never be able to buy. it somthing that only devs like godmode on shldbe able to do. they ruined golds and wantign to kill godmode on liek who care of a couple of golds. 

 

in the end it ups to tanki its thier business. but its so ovb they need to remove the ability of buying or havign the ability to drop golds. im sure golds will be more vaueld then.

I'd say add this, its only 10 tankoins and wouldn't do much to the economy if the drop rate is super low

Although it probably should be slightly higher like 20 or 30 tks if you wanted the same feeling as catching a gold, 10 tankoins right now would be pretty useless, 1000 crystals back in the day was a lot

yea 1000 cry was a lot back then which made it more fun when you did end up catching it. so yea even ur idea is good.

Even so, why are you suggesting this idea? Because you think that the current gold boxes are too cheap and no one cares about them, right? So therefore you're implying that the coin gold boxes are more valuable than normal golds. So if some of the random server-dropped gold boxes are instead dropped as the more valuable coinboxes, then you are replacing some amount of golds with higher value golds, and thus increasing the overall value of server-dropped boxes.

Point is, the idea to add something interesting to gold (or gold-like) boxes isn't new or original, and it does ask to increase their value. It's not worth suggesting.

I don't see how this will end well.

It might sound fine from the point of view of an average player who gets maybe a small handful of Gold Boxes a week (save for Halloween/Day of the Dead when I got a couple dozen Gold Boxes, I usually get one or two per week max since I play for kills and the objective and don't do event modes very much), but there are a fair amount of YouTubers and ordinary players who go for Gold Boxes as a main priority in event modes and get dozens of them as a result. 50,000 crystals doesn't provide nearly as much of an advantage as 5000 Tankoins.

Back in the day, people would constantly join battles and ask if a Gold Box had fallen. If the answer was yes, the player would leave and try a different battle. This same thing would happen again.

While I agree with what you wrote above, this particular point seems irrelevant. The reason people asked if a gold has dropped back in the day, was because it dropped when the battle fund was between 700 and 720 crystals. So "gold hunters" would enter battles they thought would be around 700 fund, and if they joined and the fund was something like 710, they would ask if the gold already dropped or not.

These days the "gold was" question is meaningless, since golds can drop at any time and a recently dropped gold does not make another one less likely.

Tbh it’s kinda a good idea. What’s with tanki devs making random gold boxes nowadays it might just happen. The only thing I’m against is replacing the gold box with this. And besides 10 is nothing, nobody with be oohmlala to catch it IMO, 100 better.
