Am I going right here? First signs as to server stability look good. We will soon see a phase where a few players with invite codes will be able to check how the game works under conditions of limited access and server load. And after that (in about a week or so) we might have the game up and running as smoothly and flawlessly as before the crash?

Every passsing day makes them loose more players only 2 members logged on forum and 16 guests, (18 players .. ) lowest i will probally ever see, they really need to get a move on and avoid any more mistakes.

I expect the biggest compenstion for the ammount of time you made active players wait. The first ones returning will decide weather the game stays alive or not. So you guys better reward the active players justly.

150+ ultra cont and 100 +weekly cont minimum now, ppl who get some new items might just want to stick to playing from here on out. Supplies will keep players retained or they just wont play. (in other words a guaranteed exotic) and please dont lower the chances its crucial we get someting new and fun to play with 

A very heavy compensation is the only way to retain players now, you can take your time but with each day i expect the compensiton to double 

Do take your time of course we wont want to come back to a broken glitchy game as then you will loose even more players. I just expct the compensation  pool to get bigger each passing day. 

 

 

End of october november and now december has been a bad time for tanki, usually when they get their most ammount of players returning mainly for these 3 months. in total the game would have been off for more than a month when we count the ddos attack in oct and november. 

 

If they want the game to survive for 2023 jan onwards and get any players willing to play let alone spend money they need to first retain ftp players. no buyer will be spending money if the game is dead. 

lets be honest the 5% of buyers will probally be down to 0.5% after tanki comes back and the low ammount of ftp players will leave if the compensation is bad, i really expect enough ultra cont for an exotic or just plain give all players a new box with one exotic augment like the skin cont but for augment.  

 

I have been playing since 2012 and i have a bad feeling it wont survive 2023 if they dont give the right compensation.

100% and most of the old players  come in hallowen to grind crystals and spend them in Black Friday Sale / New Year Sale. Old players majorly come to meet their old friends , its like a part of Tanki Culture.

yes, that is right. I'm happy they are doing that- last time when tanki was down for around 3-4 days they gave a 100 lollypops. 
so I'm expecting something more this time. or at least a 100 lollypops again for the 3 remaining days of the event

This is not a place/arena for provocation, but for the message to be delivered regarding the issues of the game.

Furthermore, @MaximilliamtheGreat again, I would have to recommend not going into provoking other players. You can very well ignore a message which you don't feel is up to your expectations or does not meet your ends.

I was wondering why tanki apologized alot, I didn't think it needs all of the tire. But after I've seen many players who were really addicted in the comments, I knew why. I think Tanki now is losing a lot with over a week no revenue. They should've saved a lot of money for such a time. I think it's bad for tanki but very good for addicted players to see other interesting things than tanki.  If losses doubled and ddos become more frequent I think tanki may convert itself to a public company and attract some inverstors!

Anyway I expect a huge compensations and a long event to make players play more, but after a while they will bring a new OPs to make the huge compensation nothin.

I understand that you want to earn money if you put effort in developing a game. But if you say "Your changes are better" on ultra boxes and you don't live up to that promise, than you are scamming. I opened hundreds of ultra boxes and thousends of normal boxes over the last years. Most of the time resulting in 1000 crystals or 100 of one of the supplies. You are never sure what you get. I don't care if the mission rewards are random, but make a decent shop were players know what they get for their money.

When they changed sniper reloads thats when i knew this game is goin to  trash!!!!!.... there was a vote the other day were 70 % of peaple said this game is trash or going downhill !!!!!! you would think there listening to there players ut they dont care at all!!!     all they do is make weapons that are already good better and ruin everything elase like i sad i willl never spend a dime on this game ever agin until they  bring ack sniper reload i dont think they know how much money there losing on that alone!!!.......

I like the playability of this game and has much potential. Of course we hope they finally make the game stable and reliable; I'll give them a chance.

But the game honestly is getting repeatitive and boring sometimes.

I wish they had CLAN automated matches (for like siege, ctf, etc) and then records updates on a website.

Subspace Trenchwars zone (2d MMO) had this automated league TWD league and made the game more fun; than just public ctf games.

Also they had ELIM; get 10 lives or so and out; last player wins.

I also wish they had a STRAFE key bind; so I don't have to use mouse for hover hulls to strafe left/right.

I sure hope by next weekend they have that black friday sale and get the game going.... wow getting close to xmas.

yes i dont know what to call it? you still can shoot 3 shots ut the reload is so slow so even if you shoot at the ground it takes like 10 sec. to reload and they make every other weapon way better!!!!! that little change to the sniper killed it i have not spent a dime on this game in 2 years and nver will agin in my life tell they change it back never ever will i spend a dime on what this game is going to trash!!!!

Noticed this morning the Tanki online servers are up but only like 260 players on. Then I tried to play but must enter INVITE password.

Well that is a good sign; I guess 2-3 days might be back up. Lets hope they get all the bugs out..etc...

If you play other games- you'll understand that tanki isn't the worst when it comes to your so called 'scam' prizes/rewards. There are 100s of well known games that require insane amounts of money to get decent rewards/prizes. Also tanki doesn't have Ad revenue- which is a huge deal that players don't have to get annoyed about. 
Obviously tanki isn't as big as those games so its understandable - they're not pushing it way too much. for their expenses of running the game and paying their team, I think they're doing alright.. for now,,

I would agree, if the game was well balanced. But it isn't. Big spenders have a too big advantage with respect to non payers or players who don't want to pay for worthless ultra boxes with a little change on interesting gear. Tanki could make a serious statement to the other games by giving you straight value for money. But they don't. The missing anoying ad revenue is a good point though.

The second server didn't require an invite. But now I don't get any further than the garage. Entering a game will lead to the same error as the normal servers.

Got a bit confused about what the Forum is about. To clarify, I copied and pasted the info below extracted from Tanki's own website.

• It clearly states that we, players-customers, can leave messages to other players-customers to discuss particular subjects. I was not aware there is a list of subjects we cannot touch. My comments do have a broad range of targets: from personal opinions to censorship; from making the game better and fair, to people who think they can speak for others without consequences. It is sad that posts are considered offensive simply because they manifest different points of view. As far as I remember, nobody was offended, no bad words were used.  Much on the contrary, pointing out different views of a particular subject is a way of bringing people to discuss real issues - it is not about creating a personal arena. For instance, one has to be aware of the legal responsibility developers ought to have with people who have spent money on the game - and therefore established a commercial relationship with the company.  If you spend money on a vehicle, and the vehicle gets broken all of a sudden, you don't tell the company simply offering your  support wishing them luck. You demand they fix your car right away and you do not recommend that vehicle to other potential buyers. This is called real life. But I understand it is nice to pretend this is Disneyworld.
