Tanki being down for so long made me realise how much I like the game, despite its flaws

Just wanted to share my thoughts and see if anyone else agree with me.

The game has its fair share of flaws for sure, but in the end, isn't it a game that's still lots of more fun than it's annoying? I definitely realised that I think so at least.

I honestly have to agree here. I myself have lost interest in multiple games, and its not because of their flaws, its because I've been treating them like chores. Only logging in to complete dailies.

 

Now I just play just for leisure like it was intended for.

The basic concept of the game is very nice, it really beats all other games. It could have been a famous game if the devs tried...

I so agree with this. Tanki honestly stands out even though it's lost its shine over time. However, there's really just no game quite like it.

I also agree with these two comments. 

I once played WoT for like a battle or two, and I never understood the difference between the weapons or the hulls. Like one hull could have 500 units of armor and 500 units of speed while another could have 501 units of armor and 499 units of speed. I played another game that was like that too think it was called heroes and generals or wartanks. Even tanki x didn't compare to tanki for me.

I think tanki stands out because of its simplicity. Even though it has gone through many additions and changes over the years, it has remained a relatively simple game.

THIS!! The ultimately basic idea of piecing together a crazy futuristic tank with so many mostly unique weapons, hulls, and abilities is the soul of Tanki and what makes it special compared to other games.

Yeah, and to make sure I am able to enjoy tanki, I've decided to make it a personal goal to play only because I want to, not so that I can get my daily and weekly missions done.

"If I so happen to also get my missions done, then cool. If not, then so what?"

That's the mindset I want to start having on tanki.

There might be a few exceptions like if the reward was really worth it and there's little to no hassle. Like for example those free tankoins only requires you to login everyday. About 2 minutes there.

But yeah.

I'd love if Tanki evolved more into the idea of building your own crazy, futuristic tank, by having more changable things about it.
