Concept of Battle Royale League

I was going to propose a new Battle Royale Mode , but after reading previous topics and issues raised by moderators. I came up with a different concept which will fix all the complications of having battle royale mode and in the same place we can enjoy battle royale.

All the issues stated above by @Maf are 100% true and will cause major problems in server because there are certain limitations of the game, although these comments dates back to 2018 but still the game is not ready to accommodate 100 players in a huge map.

So what is the solution to these issues ? (I also took inspiration from this topic DM-TDM crossover)

Well we can not have 100 players in a map but we can have a 100 players in a League or Tournament format. So lets imagine we have a hypothetical tournament-league (of CTF ,DM ,TJR ,TDM ,etc. as modes) in game, which has a Entry Ticket having cost of 1000 crystals and it makes 20 team having 4 players each , so in total we will have 80 players in a league (time limit of 1 hour gameplay and 10 minutes extra for other stuff ). Lets say this league has 4 rounds of 15 minutes each (Regular MM battle time) and after each round 25% players/team (of the total i.e. 80 players or 20 teams) are eliminated. After Elimination they can surely join another tournament-league

After the enrollment in a league. players will need to play in regular matchmaking battle (all the 80 players should have same mode) and it is not necessary that all teammates should be in same battle , they can be in different battles too. The main aim is to earn as many stars at the end of battle. After the 1st battle/round ends all the stars earned by each player gets contributed in the team fund, after this ranking of the team will done on the basis of no. of stars earned in total by each team and the teams which came in the last 5 spots i.e. ranking from 16-20 (aka last 20 players) will be eliminated. Similarly in the 2nd round after the battle all the stars are contributed by the players in the team fund and ranking is done, last 5 teams i.e.  ranking 11-15 will eliminated. Same goes for the 3rd round which results into the elimination of team ranking between 6-10. In the Final Round the best team will win. (1 out of 5)

Rewards ??

The Entry Ticket cost was 1000 crystals, so the league fund will be 80,000 crystals considering total 80 players. It will split among the 4 players so the prize will be 20,000 crystals to  each player of the winning team.

Of course bonus stars from premium account will not be counted or we can have some other League Point System.

Depending upon the cost of entry the difficulty of league-tournament will be judged  ,with the increase in prize pool  the difficulty of league will increase which will increase pressure on players and encourage them to perform well in battles. Maybe we can even have 1 Ultra Container as a prize along with Crystals as rewards.

I think this pretty much solves the issue of having 100 players in same map which will cause a lot of lag and not so smooth experience. This idea also does not require addition of new map. 

I hope this idea will not be declined ?

In my opinion tanki have a lot of game modes and sometimes its very hard to find a good match when 2 players play rugby other 2 play ctf and etc. My point is that it will be hard to find game or queue going to be long .

Read this line , same mode is necessary to ensure fair results. There is no rank limit in this league system so we can have players of different ranks in the same team/league.

For example, we can  make a team in which we can have players with the following ranks:-

1. Legend

2. Colonel

3. Lieutenant

4. Marshal

As you know you are less likely to see a MM battle where you may find all the players of these ranks in the same battle. So almost all the players will play in different battle with players/opponent of their level. As I mentioned that our main aim is to earn maximum stars which will be added by the whole team members and considered in the final result.

This feature will overlap and fit with the current MM battle system. So the issue that you raised about the queue and the match is automatically resolved.

It is somewhat similar with the current Arcade Event or the Wars which had in the game earlier. It is now converted into a league whereas Arcade was meant for 4 teams each having a huge player-base. You can say it is miniature form of it, to understand it easily.

Declined

The concept still hasn't been implemented, and I don't think it will be, reason being:

1.)  Developers don't have intentions to look for a mode which exceeds the number of players in a map, sometimes players in the huge maps feel issues due to their large team, hence there won't be any more additions to this.

2.)  Though your Idea is different from that, devs already have planned events like this in mind which work on team contribution and stars accumulation. 

3.)  Lastly and the most important, Ideas like Battle royale and the ranked match system in MM have been in I&S since the start of the game itself, but they haven't been implemented yet because of one thing: eSports.

 Devs have made it perfectly clear that for any other format or experience different than a regular MM match, you enroll yourself and play in esports category. They have reformed it according to players' needs and to make it easier for all to join, to a point where they present cash prizes to the winners itself. Hence, their main focus is eSports and nothing less.
