I was just thinking why isn't there a free tanki map editor? I think the tanki community could generate lots of interesting maps

and this would help the game. It is getting dry the same maps over and over; I wish there was more new maps for the different

MM modes. Ya, those remasted forest and sandbox look good, some of my favorite maps.

And it seems tanki server chooses certain maps based on a daily time schedule; I like more random.

 

On other games; the community would generate new maps then email it to the server people and then they approve etc.

But, a new map editor is being made as said by developers in one of the previous V-Logs, with the updated unity base and ability to design the current models and textures within the map.
