Driver seems good on paper, but @Alklines tested it and it seems only charge Paladin's ULT by 5% per kill. So at least for Paladin, it's quite underwhelming.

Who knows? May be it would be a different story for Crusader. It is one of the fastest charging ULT after all while Paladin is one of the slowest.

Have you tried it with the driver drone :D ? That might be an one off opportunity as the drone is getting removed soon.

I did try it with driver drone. I got semi-decent results. It was pretty much like playing with Brutus, without my usual go-to drones. I got destroyed more often then I would've liked therefore my OD wasn't as effective with the cooldown of all supplies. I'm sure both the driver augment and the driver drone would work better with some combos and situations better than others.

Then may be for fast charging ULTs like Wasp and Crusader, it is worth to consider. For slow charging ULTs, may be not.

Anyway, I'm not gonna replace it with my Heat Immunity anyway. It is crucial for Vulcan, but just in case the Devs decided to add a 2nd slot some time in the future. Then it will be worth to consider.

Well your role in the battle won't be the same as if you had a good Immunity. You use it to get more ODs. Just like pre-nerf Driver wasn't a direct menace to raid bases with like the OP Booster and Defender were back then.

That sounds like you didn't activate too many traps, not bad. I do wish this event was less "gacha" with how pricy it can get. I'm sure more people would show interest in those minigames if not for the possibility of having it muuuch more expensive than others.

I hit almost all of them, while getting kicked back only twice I think.
Im quite lucky this time around, and thats why i even attempted for the skins, i didnt even try last 2-3 minigames.

as usual i took billions chances to complete 3rd checkpoint not a single time i got support .

26 steps done and still 2 meteorite remains in my step for 3rd checkpoint.

i am out rip this game.

Again this crap event. So, finished some missions and got 48 energy today. So, +3, +1, +1, and, last one, moved back 5 steps. What a crap game...

Anyone know why the dark matter event isn’t working for me? It gives an error page whenever I open the event.

@Alklines You should have mentioned this. The Devs want people to pay for the augment, but they can't even make sure the right PNG and SVG are used in-game. 

 

And in case anyone is asking, it takes me 200 energies to move from step 38 to 52. Good luck folks. I'm not even sure whether you will make it without buying...

Yeah, bought it with cash, just because it may improve my build later on (I'm not gonna replace Heat Immunity with it simply because I'm using Vulcan. Jjust have a feeling that the Devs will eventually allow players to equip multiple augs) and the investment is not that significant. Plus, I want to buy Tank coins just in case a random Vulcan augment pops up anyway.

That's it from me. I'm done. That's all I want from this event. And I don't have to be a genius to figure out the rest of the checkpoints require too much investment than they are worth.

To be honest, I'm not even sure what can be shown in the video. It's just a passive that (supposedly) makes your ULT charges 50% faster than normal.

I just wanted to make sure it was working as intended (going off of the stats from the Wiki) and it is. The only difference is I expected the Paladin to passively recharge 10% when the OD ends but it only did 8%.
