Question

The player proffesional (double f not 1) has been using jump hacks to catch goldboxes. I couldn't report him during a match because he'd join, take it and leave quickly before we could even vote. This has happened multiple times.

You need to collect evidence. The best proof is a video which clearly shows the violation. Quality of the video must allow moderators to easily understand nicknames and ranks of all the players.
– The video’s length should be no less than 3 minutes and no more than 20.
– During the video, press TAB at least once to show the scoreboard of the battle.
– Only those videos are accepted which are made in battles as evidence because videos made “outside”, i.e. in the server chat, do not provide enough information on what the player was doing in the battle.
– Quality of videos must allow moderators to easily understand nicknames and ranks of all the players.
– When recording a video of sabotage, the player has no right to violate the rules of the game themselves. All complaints of sabotage will be considered in the light of all the participants of the battle, including the creator of the video.

You need to create a new topic in the Game Violators section.
– Remember, the quality of the topic directly affects the speed of its analysis.
– Name of the player that made the screenshot or the video must match the topic starter’s nickname.
– In the topic itself you need to specify the violator’s nickname, attach evidence (screenshots or video) and provide important details about the situation.

@S.M.S.M I got a player banned for hacking with a minute-video just this week. Also, he said that the hacker keeps joining, hacking, then leaving. He can't gather enough evidence, in terms of length, to get him banned.

Videos of length less than 3 minutes are accepted as well If the video is a proper piece of evidence.

damn all these steps to vote and make sure to ban a hacker, no wonder lots of hackers get away.

Bro, I don't know how you could take a video if a player joins, jumps, gets the gold, and leaves. Tell your mod team to tell the developer on what mistakes should be fixed based off the complaints. I don't get what anti-cheat system they've incorporated into their software, but whatever it was, it's badly coded.
