Remove The Ability To Kill Other Players In The Parkour Format

I don't like how players use the parkour format to grief other players it's just wrong and unacceptable the parkour format is for doing parkour tricks only not to just kill other players for no reason that's stupid so honestly just remove that ability if they want to kill other players they would have to join a different format like for example The Railgun Master Format

The parkour format is like a general free to chill format now, limiting the ability to kill is definitely not an option, since people tend to test their turret's abilities, kill others for fun, just roam around for a while. If you wish to parkour, then you are suggested to create a private battles and invite your friends alongside to perform parkour tricks.

So, you are saying that the parkour format is.. not for parkour? "if you want to practice parkour you should..."  .. ie, you are saying if you want to practice parkour you should not join the parkour mode? Can you explain to your players how this explanation makes sense?

Because the format is not limited to parkour anymore, maybe it was back in 2014, but things have changed now.

I don't think people actually join the public battles to do parkour tricks or perform parkour, such public battles are free for everyone. Nowadays, parkour is done in private battles.

Hm, when you say "I don't think", do you mean "I know"? I never play parkour, nor do I have any experience at all with it, so I've 0 idea if anyone else cares (and you will probably know more than I do), but it doesn't seem to make sense to me that we have a parkour mode that isn't for parkour. There is no two ways about it, it is quite literally called "parkour mode". If you are unsure, which it seems like given that you say "I think" (though of course I can understand if this is not how you intended it to come across), then how do the devs know they haven't made a false assumption and annoyed a whole load of players who don't have their own game mode anymore, possibly due to people abusing the game mode to "chill", as you said?

I am actually quite annoyed (but not at you), as it just strikes me as really lazy to not bother changing the name to something more suited to how it is actually used, and that it has been allowed for players to join the game mode without intending to use it for parkour. And in general, just as a player, I am always interested to get a better idea as to why decisions have or have not been made, so I can judge whether it is worth it to devote as much time to this game. If decisions are not being made logically, and nobody is making an effort to maintain things that are implemented to a certain standard, so that the player base may use them as intended, then this naturally makes anyone doubt how much money they should spend on a game that will inevitably lose their interest due to not sharing the point of view of the developers. So it is more out of principle that I am interested to hear more about this, of course there could be a simple answer, which is why I am not jumping straight into conclusions.
