Addition of a ''QnA'' chat section exclusively for new players.

I want a chat to be added EXCLUSIVELY for new players. ''Why though?'', ''Doesn't the general chat already exist? '', ''Doesn't the discord server already exist?'' and ''Can't they just ask their questions there?'' are the kinds of negative iq answers that forum mods will most likely give me but before discarding this suggestion as redundant, please hear me out:

Being a new player is frustrating as we all know how useful tanki tutorials are (they are probably trying their best though, don't get me wrong). The best option is to ask questions in the ''New players'' or ''general'' chat but most of the time, doing so is as good as talking to a mirror, and even this sometimes has a better probability that you will get an answer. The issue with the discord server is that not everyone has a discord account and creating one just to ask tanki-related question sounds stupid.

The reason that i sound mad is because i think that i already made this suggestion and it was rejected, despite it being a good post. If this was the case, how can I claim that my judgement was better than those of the mods? Well, I invited acquaintances (absolute newbies to this game) to play this game but all of them left, deeming the instructions as ''unclear''. They left because of the difficulty in understanding tanki concepts, and each time they had a question, they would get frustrated (they didn't want to text me every time to ask about a game-related issue). They most probably didn't even know about the existence of the chats.

My suggestion is that new players get a pop-up each time they enter the game, showing them visually the path to this chat section or how to access it, telling them that this is the place to go each time they have a question. To avoid spamming, a pop-up would ask them to end each question with a question mark, thus denoting a question and that only a few selected people will be allowed to answer them. I can volunteer to be such a person if this gets implemented. The name of this chat can be ''NewPlayersQnA''.

Hold on, so who are these selected people? A dedicated team of volunteer consultant helpers with access to the chat?

A while ago developers changed the duties and responsibilities of helper teams. The current instructions state that helpers are not allowed to give players direct instructions and answers to their questions about the game. Therefore, a chat channel where players ask questions and helpers answer them is impossible to create. That's why we have the Q&A channel, where player questions are answered by other players.

Not necessarily.

It can be chat mods too, but i feared that this would be an additional responsibility for them. I didn't intend to mean helpers specifically. I wanted additional positions to be created for helping new players and this responsibility can be extended to social media too (another helper position, if u want to call it this way). I didn't know about the helper part though, and thanks for letting me know.

HOWEVER, there are two possibilities now:
1. Either the rules change so as to allow helpers to help the new players.
2. Or mods have an additional chat to take care of.

In what world do you live, fellow tanker? There's no such channel in the game. I even made a new account to confirm that.

Here's a screenshot that i took while i was in the new acc btw:

Again, new players are complaining.

I only want to facilitate the situation of new players and what I'm asking for, is indeed possible to realise.

As if you can argue with that.
