invalid Ticket number [edited] - harassment and bullying abuse

Hello.  I hope you can access the exchange of emails with tanki online. They gave me the Ticket number [edited].

I am being bullied by [edited]. They constantly harass me during games on the text chat in the game. They irritate the other players.

They also fire on me to knock me off the edges of buildings. And they use their tanks to push my tank off the edges. 

I have 3 screenshots of their text chat in the games, but there is much, much more. Note: I attached my screenshot images to the email exchange with tankionline, but I cannot insert them here because I don't know how to insert and image from a URL. (I've never heard of that.) (I also don't know how to take videos from my computer.) I hope you can find my screenshots in my emails.

Hey there, if you mailed Tech support, then wait for them to answer, since they have the authority to handle your issue and not us.

Also, kindly refrain from targeting certain players on the public platform even if they caused you harm, the best way is to report them and wait for the people with authority to take action.
