Account blocked, Haven't received out input from Tanki for 10 days.

Title sums it up really. Following an unapparent block from my account, I filed in a report and application, giving in all information required. First, i sent this onto my other GMAIL where I had to wait for 7 days, in which the response was "Message us on your registration email on that account" - This has its own problems, the first being that they waited till the last minute to respond with unnecessary information that could've been done hours after the application was sent

Going back to the main point, I then sent a message back from my registration gmail ( which is linked to that account ) and they told me to wait "within 72 hours". I waited patiently and even 2 hours more than the stated 72 hours but no response. So I messaged them back and they responded with the same automated message.

This is getting out of hand. One thing is blocking me without justification ( and I DO suspect they blocked me for a reason, but I already covered it in my application ). The other thing being the LONG waiting times, which seem to tend to the later boundary of any time limit they give. 

How can I get my account back?

I had the same problem. I tried logging into another account, legend and it was blocked for no reason when the week before it was fine.

Unlike you when i complained and got an email back telling me what i had to do, i just shook my head and said no way am i going through all that just to get nowhere. 

Responding to an email that they sent to the accounts email should be enough to prove that the account belongs to you, as that email obviously has a password which the account owner only has access to. The process to get any account back is way to complicated and should be made way easier, typical tanki though, they never do anything simple.

Unfortunately, I don't think that posting about it in the forum will really help you in your case. The only people who can help you get your account back are the ones from the support team. All there is to do is to wait it out I guess, and sending them new mails if it's taking way too long, like you did already.

Unfortunately, we can't help you in this matter as we don't have the authority. I'm afraid only Tech Support can help you with your account since they have the powers.
