Ah yes, just what everyone asked for, the holy grail to save the game. *Granades*

 

As if the game is not already chaotic enough with critical damage, millions of shots everywhere, augments, ODs, status effects etc. Let's add this other mechanic on top to make things even more random and irritating. 

Just fantastic.

Will you add XT Granade that does 30k damage with magnum's splash damage level that can be thrown through walls with infinite range? kinda like updated scorpion? ???

hey, this means we'll get upgradeable grenades so they have bigger AoE, bigger damage, EMP grenades, stun grenades, AP grenades, Jammer grenades, freeze grenades, fire grenades

Right, granades with status effects, I did not even think about that. And then, augments for Granades and a Phoenix Augment that you can win after throwing 5 billion granades.

As this topic is about hand grenade, it is an appropriate time for my grenade launcher turret idea which had been posted before.

  • Shape: it has six barrels. they are short but wider in diameter for the caliber of grenades
  • Damage type: Splash, such as magnum, however, much shorter in radius.
  • Range group: close range, among twins, ricochet, hammer. Its range is a bit higher than 80 meters.
  • Secondary attack: none
  • Mechanism: It performs like magnum. However, the differences are that it can not reach 90 degree vertical and 0 degree horizontal, reloads much faster than magnum to throw the first grenade, then reloads again to throw the second, and so on till the last grenade throws. then a long reloading time to reload the all 6 grenades in to 6 barrels. Grenades explodes (no bounce) upon hitting targets but will bounce off surfaces 2 or 3 times. and if the grenade does not hit any target after bouncing, remains idle for 2 seconds then explodes.

I am looking forward to seeing the hand grenade uploaded to the game as well as grenade launcher gets "planned" mark.

Whilst grenades sure are a nice addition as they involve a new kind of mechanic, supplies are quite simple :

To illustrate, the healing supply is literally a green wrench, it's easy to figure out, like the other supplies. The only thing mildly hard to figure is that you don't get the full effect without a max drone, that's what needs an explanation.

I am about to make quite a wild suggestion here, but I want to point out how hard augments are to figure out for beginners. You can't see what an augment do unless you check your garage by checking out the corresponding icon in the player TAB, and beginners won't understand the icons in the player tab in the first place, and those augments change the turret into a different one sometimes.

Thus I suggest we turn most of the augments that are not very basic (as in reloading after a kill or the like) into grenade types. Short range grenades, long range grenades, status effects, etc.
You may think I am crazy for suggesting that but that's the only way I see things going in a ""better"" way, as in more fun, for players.
In addition to that, it'll be easier for beginners to spot, say like, a BIG GREEN grenade or in contrast a SMALL BRIGHT RED grenade than to understand why the medium range turret just killed them from 30 meters away or why that specific striker is going full auto on you.

if i had the money to buy the whole game of tanki, the first thing i would do will be to fire every dev of this game. this is upright plagiarism, to think they would resort to such measures. Tanki is a unique game, these devs have been ruining it for the last decade. and that baldy is the head of it all

it's already hard to keep the minefields and after grenades go in it will be super hard to keep the minefield, in this case the mines should not disappear after killing, otherwise they may become useless

 

the advantage of some cannons e.g. tesla is that they can attack from around the corner, and with grenades all cannons will get this feat, which is probably against the assumptions of the towers, tesla will lose its charm and capabilities

I said this a long time ago.

When the devs said reducing drones was to make the game simpler because they were hard to understand it was of course a blatant lie.

I said removing augments would make the game easier to understand, which is of course correct.

The devs deceive and mislead all the time because it's in their nature to be deceitful.

The entire game needs overhauling starting with the devs. Boot them out and basically start again, because in it's current form this game is a complicated joke. 

Great game. Very badly managed.

Never follow tanki stupidity..  They always play stupid games with you and you should return the favor and play stupid game with them and their game.

Never equip a drone and follow that downward spiral by falling into a "You always have to use drugs or use as much drugs as you can" trap. 

Adding drones were stupid idea to begin with and when their battery idea didnt work, they made drones even more stupider by biding them with drugs instead of removing them entirely. So if you dont equip a drone you are unable to use drugs which gives advantage to your opponents, but who CARES.

More they ruin the game(by adding so called "new features or mechanics and force them to use it") the least you should do in battles. Stop doing any game objectives, just camp and shoot randomly.  Why stop there and go even further. When you see (drugger or especially buyer drugger with his overpowered crap) comes to kill you then you press delete button and self destruct before he can kill you. So, targeting you is big waste of time for him. Your only purpose in battles should be to make a game a real mess. 

Their once popular and successful game is on a big downward spiral (maybe only blind cant see that), now you see and feel it more than ever but they still act like everything is fine. Their first idea to "fix" lack of player problem is by mixing low ranks with high ranks (so they can fill battles quicker) didnt work, now they have to add bots to fill that cap. They never admit their stupid mistakes because its all on them why this game is ruined beyond the point of no return.

There aint enough new players joining the game but the same time more and more players are leaving. Whole purpose of this game is not "Tanki online is all about the physics of tanks or make the game more fun for players" but cashing out from remaining players as much as possible (by adding more and more overpowered crap that are more powerful than the last one) till the point when game cant sustain itself anymore and then they pull the plug like they did with tanki X.

Ofcourse!  this vlog was posted 7 months ago.. its already old news.

They love to talk alot and sugarcoat everything what they do to deceive you away from the real reasons why they are adding them. All the problems they created themselves overtime are piling up and starting to catch up and hurt them. So now they try to present you them as a "good and cool" thing.

First they add them to lower ranks and when times go by i am sure they will add them to higher ranks also (they might not tell us that), because lack of players problem will only get worse and worse..
