Bug with damage

Hi, I'm sorry if this has already been asked or answered but I haven't seen anyone talking about it nor I have seen any part of the forum to ask about bugs, if there's one, my bad. The problem is that sometimes when I enter a game and attack people with my turret, they seem not to take any of the damage I deal, this has happened to me using Isida and railgun, but I haven`t really played with many more turrets. Also, when someone triggers one of my mines, they do receive the damage so I don't really know why is that. I realized this since no digits of damage appear from the enemies when I attack them (I have that display on) and when I can see their hp it doesn't go down if I hit them.

If you encounter this issue of not taking damage, simple reloading using the Curved reload arrow on your browser. If you play on client just close the whole client and open it up again. You do not have to leave the map, reloading has to solve this issue and the worst that can happen is lose few seconds to minute of the battle.

I have brought this up many times.

They either don't care or can't fix it, take your pick.

They have actually talked about this in some V-Log and if I remember correctly, they said it's pretty difficult to fix. Simply rejoining the battle or reloading the page/restarting the client should fix it. It affects everyone and has been around for years already
