Game Unable to Load

Anyone else having issues with the game loading? It keep saying "System Error, Cannot load resources."

Ok, glad that I wasn't the only one. It would load for a few seconds and than say "Unable to load"

Sorry to hear about your issue. It has been reported, though with no official feedback as of yet.

That's probably just the servers acting up, currently they're having lots of issues. What's your average ping?

LIke 100+, it's usually like 40-50

Well there's not much you can do, honestly, since a lot of this is coming from the servers. Try clearing the game's cache if you didn't already, or reinstall the client if you use it. But watch out as these will reset your settings

It looks like it's happening to not just me but other players in the American Servers, we don't know much about what's going on with the Russian Servers.

The Ping problems weren't enough, which by the way make the game distorted causing us to lose points and money invested, and now we can't even access the game.

it has happned to me befor but it was that it took so long to load me in that it would just remove me from the battle. luckily i was able to ask for it to be checked and found out it was low ping.

so how do i get my ping higher if it's low?

after I was told what to do, I went to task manager and see what it was it turned out that it was chrome. (I am still a student and have tabs pined) but I never thought they were a problem all I did was close all open tabs and had no updates happening in the background and I was fine. (please be aware that this was 4 months before the ping issue was posted on the forum). for some reason I'm fine with my ping even through the issue.

You most certainly don't want to have your ping higher. Ping represents the communication time between you and the server in milliseconds. So, the higher the ping, the higher the in-game delay you will experience.

I doubt this problem is fixable by you or any other besides the devs themselves. You have to wait it out, I guess.

I am having this problem every day I play since I came back to Tanki two weeks ago. It mostly appears when loading battles. Sometimes it is tragic (like in this moment) it's almost impossible to join a battle. My ping is very good, no problem, no lag when playing. Just entering battles is a nightmare, clearing cache sometimes fixes it, but not always and it appears again in a following battle. So it's not a solution. I'm using Firefox latest version, adblock is disabled.

The only way to play seems to keep trying again and again, reloading the Loading Battle screen for many times, many minutes and maybe I'm lucky and I find myself in a battle.

The first System Error is often Cannot Load Resources - ResourceBatchLoadException followed but it disappears in one second and it is followed by Lost Server Connection ControlChannelDisconnectException.
