Because of the aforementioned nerf to the final angular velocity of Stock Scorpion's missiles.

Can you be more specific please? I cannot answer you about Blaster but for Scorpion, it received a rework in October that nerfed its final angular velocity. Basically it made it harder for augments that use Stock's missile flight parameters to hit moving targets. However the reload time of the salvo has been decreased so you get it more often than before.

@LuckyLuke Is the answer quoted above satisfactory or do wish something to be added?
