I see already people are using augments from team contracts. One can purchase only once and cannot make the same purchase, There are only 3 purchase available ? How to get more points ? Is it possible to change the team?

 So all the augments from the team contracts (exception of some hull augments) were available before from different events. So it is commoe for people who played this events to have them or from containers.

1) So by purchases you mean buying the points?  If so you can buy 3 different type of offer and all of them are 1 time purchase. If you are talking about purchasing any of the rewards, then you can redeem as much as your points allow.
2) To get more points (apart from the team event) you can buy 2 offers, 100 points for 50k crystals, 300 points for 1200 tankcoins and 600 points for 2300 tankcoins. "
3) It is not possible to change teams, once you get randomized to a team thats the end of it.

Also the shop is closed now and you can only start buying when the team event is over.

Shop is not closed . You can buy the points from team contracts page.

As you can clearly see above "shop" as in the shop to redeem your points is closed and only opens after 7 days 15 hours.
What you are mentioning is not the shop, rather the option to buy points which is open as I have mentioned above.

Because as he said, all of the turret augments in this event were available in the past in previous events. You will see some people that already have it because they would have gotten it in a past event. Those turret augments are not brand new augments.

 

Off the top of my head:

 

Assault Magazine - available in early 2023

Heavy Slugger - available in late 2023

ML Tandem - available in early 2023

Adaptive Reload - available in December 2022

Vacuum Shell - available in August 2022 and December 2022

Explosive Band - available in October 2023

Shredder - available in October 2023

Uranium Shells - available in December 2022

Hyperspeed Rounds - available in February 2023

Super Solenoids - available in early 2023 and in a 700 Tankoins battle pass shortly after that

Vacuum Core - available in mid-2023

No, Miner is something relatively recent in the past few months. At the moment only Miners on heavy hulls exist in the playerbase. After this event ends, you will see Miners on medium hulls.

I have seen several miners in the games.... That is why I raised this question.

Yes. And as I said, it is only available on heavy hulls. When this current Team Contracts event is over, you will start seeing them on medium hulls.

Light - Wasp, Hopper, Hornet
