Hello, the promo codes didn't give alts like Vacuum Missiles or Meteor, is this intended? I understand why not phoenix or RF Tesla and Hopper but not this.

Also is there any plans to implement different ways of getting everything other than simple promo codes?

can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

I sign in to my account , then go and click on the green button ( place / remove ) on the right to load tanks. when I go to drag it onto the playing field it will not stay . it has a 0 with a / threw it when I drag it .. the tank  keeps removing its self. leaving me with 0 tanks on the field. I have tried all day on all 3 of my accounts and still not working. is this a issue with the game or what.

the playing field colour is green on my side and a rusty brown on the other side.

all missions for today were done today and claimed.

Help someone!!

As someone who constantly complains (and rightly so) why do "YOU" keep indulging in events like this.

These events will always glitch, so why keep doing them, makes no sense to me and they are a huge waste of any tankoins you may have saved up.

I suggest message support and ask for point compensation. As this is not fair, cuz due to a game bug you can not get points.

you aren't supposed to drag and drop, you click once on a tank to choose it and then click on a tile in the map to choose a spot you want to place it.
Hope this helps.
(The apparent dragging of tank images is just a default behaviour of image elements in HTML websites).

In the announcement it is perfectly specified how to use the event system, there is even a video!!!!

good luck with that , every time I try . they either can't understand my post or send me so many tickets they forget which one to send info back on.

sir either way it still wont work for me, I have tried both ways.

I have gotten into 1 battle for each account. which on 2 accounts I won , but my third lost , then the next day the issues started up again like my first day of playing. since then I have been out of the game for 2 rounds.

sir I understand and even watched the video , it still wont work no matter what time of day I;m on. I even check the UTC time .

The video just says "damage dealt is doubled", but doesn't say what the damage is being dealt to. Lets suppose a mine destroys an opponent tank on the same column as you and you pick up the double damage, Do you then deal twice as much damage to the enemy base (even though the opponent tank was destroyed by a mine)?

The mine ensures that any enemy tank placed on that column will be destroyed, so your tank can advance forward without any resistance and won't lose any damage points.
Since you also have a damage-bonus on the same column, you deal double the damage to your enemy's base (16 * 2 = 32 damage points dealt) along said column.

Jumper's videos made it look like Vacuum missiles is easy to use. But man let me tell you, it's incredibly inconsistent if you don't know what you're doing -like myself-. Most of the time I keep landing direct shots caust I just can't gauge when to detonate the missile mid air. And the window for detonation is quite small too, it's basically hit or miss. If you're not confident in your abilites, I stronly advise you to pick an easier augment to use.
