Greatest Tanki Fund By Far, Good Job Tanki Online

i had a feeling they would Increase the bundle prizes but i'm fine with it.

Such a bad tanki fund compared to others, only the 3 epic key and 2 augments are interesting where the three others are negligible (status effect augment). The worse is that the minimum special offer costs 1390 tankoins and the tanki fund is even worse than the others where the minimum bundle costed 990 tankoins

@Sol.Sun @Alsar  They say that you will only be able to purchase boosters after you get at least one of the Tanki fund offers, so you might have to wait till someone gets them tomorrow and posts booster prices somewhere...

Never mind, boosters are only available from June 12 onwards so you might need to wait a week

Not much value in this fund for me personally, aside from UTs and Skin Containers. 

Shaft Jammer - meh... I already have Healing Emitters and AP.. pass

Crisis Drone - recycled reward.. pass

Magnum Freezing - I don't play Magnum, and even if I did, it seems quite pointless to me... okay I slow down someone on the other side of the map, now what? .. pass

Armadillo Module - recycled reward, again.. pass

Vulcan Freezing - could be useful depending on the crit rate, but I am not sure, freezing augments have never been meta.. alright, I guess?

Twins GT - ah yes, HD Twins with a couple of stripes slapped on it, nice. PASS

Smoky Hyperspeed - trying to hit anything with Smoky past mid-range is a nightmare on itself, why use this augment just to miss every shot, when you can use way, way better options? .. pass

Mammoth GT - puking_sound_effects.mp3

Firebird Critical Mix - I have no idea what it does, increase critical rate? EDIT: Description of the augment added: against top legends with 50% Armadillo is just going to be a stock Firebird, we'll see. .. alright, I guess..?

 

So.. yeah, pretty bad I'd say.

I have used Firebird Critical Mix in the Test Server battles and it seemed to be very good.

It had nothing coded in on the test server, it was same as stock.

If it has atleast +100% projectile speed it will have higher speed than Hyperspeed Thunder + Gauss and same as Scorpion.

The only thing that matters is if it can actually hit its shots when compared to standard Smoky, even +1000 projectile speed won't help if it can't

If the shot is basically hitscan, with speed of Scorpion projectile, how will it make Smoky shot accuracy different from Arcade scorpion?

At this point we can only speculate, the only way to make sure is to test it and see.

But just to clear things out

1: hitscan is when there is no projectile at all, the hit just appears on the enemy tank, and that's the way Smoky and Thunder used to be (and I miss them).

2: projectile speed has nothing to do with Smoky's aiming issues, Sledgehammer Thunder has no problem nor does any other projectile turret. I believe the heart of the issue lies in some weird interaction with Smoky's projectiles which instead of hitting an enemy tank decide to prioritize a wall or the ground. 

Now that I think about it, Uranium Scorpion sometimes behaves in a similar way, but never to the same level of hair-pulling despair Smoky creates.

you said its pretty bad so if thats bad then there is no help, even those augments are decent ,  did you expect pulsars ?? I am glad they did not introduce that cancer again in fund.

It seemed to be more powerful. It does a lot more damage per second than the regular one!


I think, as the name says, it shoots critical damage more often for each time it's used.

In my opinion they are not decent, and in yours they are. Are you suggesting that your subjective opinion must be right as a matter of fact? Because it's not.

HYPERSPEED ROUNDS FOR SMOKY

The damage dealt increases proportionally with the distance from the target, instead of getting decreased. The initial damage is reduced, projectile speed is increased, and critical damage is disabled. Controlled shells have incredible power, the damage of which increases with distance. An explosion of such a shell near one’s own tank can destroy it. To avoid it, the initial speed of shells is significantly increased and the special system limits the number of damage until the shell flies far from the tank.

Since I started playing pre-nerf Asssault rounds (with speed of 1500 m/s being 50% faster than Scorpion projectile) and now Rubberized (1000 m/s, equal to Scorpion) I don't have this issue

Either it's hitscan OR it has a projectile speed, hence why I made the clarification. Nice try to being petty for no reason.
