My UT prize pool code has encountered issue

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns as a dedicated player who has made a significant investment in your game over the past six months, amounting to over 20,000 UAH.

 

Yesterday, following a recent recharge, I purchased a bundle containing 23,000 coins and 290 UT for a total of 375 UT, which included rewards from regular challenges and top-100 rankings in star challenges (I have devoted considerable time to this game, consistently ranking in the top percentile, and I truly love it). To my dismay, upon opening the first red item, I received a Bunny Camouflage, and the second was a Legendary Key ! (the guarenteed price), which, according to the publicized probabilities, has a chance of less than one-tenth of any other red item and is typically the last to appear after all other red items have been drawn. However, I have not yet obtained any items from this reward pool.

 

I sincerely request that you review the coding status of my account and, if necessary, assist me in restoring my account to a previous state so that I may reopen these UT boxes. I kindly ask you to put yourselves in my shoes: having spent such a substantial amount of UAH, only to receive a camouflage and a rather ordinary skin, how would you feel?

 

Based on my experience, I believe there must be an issue with the coding of my account that has led to this outcome, which I cannot accept. In just half a year, I have already recharged over 20,000 UAH over past 6 months into your game, and this incident has left me quite shaken, to the point where I have not been able to recover even after a day.

I am genuinely considering leaving your game and would appreciate a satisfactory resolution to this matter. Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

I suggest you to contact support ---> help@tankionline.com ASAP.

Put as much proof as you can get like purchase receipts etc. Just saying "oh i didn't receive the prizes" is not going to get you anywhere since anyone can just claim that. So put as much visual proof as possible.

If you don't receive a response in a couple of days you just contact them again.
