Why there's no Railgun's shot effect?

Am I the only one who just don't understand why replacing perfectly looking green energy boxes with some kind of gold ball from the past events? It was cool at first during trick or treat minigame simply because it was something new. During Snow-Trap minigame it felt like ¨why again?¨ and during this minigame its like ¨please change it looks so weird and bad and it doesn't fit this minigame at all.¨
Can you actually bring back the old skins for currency boxes or make new ones in the next events please? To be honest you just replaced something that already had good looking skins for no reason. Specially Energy box that looked perfectly fine and better then some HD Golds because of its lime neon color or how I should I call it.
Absolutely no hate I just needed to remind this because it completely doesn't fit this minigame.
You did a great job with rewards in this minigame so there's something positive (everything I don't mention is positive about this minigame from my opinion  )

Great minigame for those who are missing RF skins

Nice skins, but I hate the controls for the hovering hulls which most of these skins are for. Cant imagine myself using them after being pure keyboard player. They just feel unnatural. Tried the Hooper in the special mode which I used to like a bit, but I hate what they did to controls, feels like such a pain.

This is so unfair. Only the first checkpoint is possible for reaching the second checkpoint you need to have lots of rubies for contracts. Been playing tanki since the flash version. Never did i think it would become such a pay to win game. Even if you grind hard and complete all special missions. 2nd checkpoint isnt possible

My comment is a warning to other players, I awakened 390 rubies and 20k crystals thinking I would get something. The game does not reveal how many rubies you need to spend to get to each checkpoint.
To get to the last checkpoint it takes tens of thousands of rubies.

No, they do not tell you the exact number needed, because it is variable depending on how many traps you hit and how many times you spaces you advance forward per move, but it is implied by everything else that was mentioned in the announcement. 

 

For example, you are required to move 18 spaces to reach Checkpoint 2. There are 2 nodes that have the possibility to send you back 2 spaces. It is possible for you to get a +2 on a single move. It costs 10 energy to perform a move. That means 180 energy if all your moves are +1s and you do not get sent back at all on the meteor nodes. That means 220 energy if all your moves are +1s and you get sent back on both meteor nodes. That's means a varying amount when you combine the RNG of everything stated above. You get your estimate as to how many of a type of contract you should buy.
