Tanki Gift not accessible

I have only been able to get the Tanki birthday gift on two of my six accounts all are high ranked averaging above marshall across all of them. Playing battles reloading logging out and back in waiting til the next day none of that has resolved the issue unfortunately. Thanks to @TheCongoSpiderfor trying previously but as of today the following accounts of mine still haven't gotten it: 

• EndgameExtreme
• low-key-smoky
• Hammer-Gamer
• Shock-Raptor

Any and all help is greatly appreciated and I am really glad this gift exists for a long time user like me it encourages me not to throw in the towel after more than 15 years.

Not sure what platform you are using, but on PC you can scroll through the news in the right lower corner:

You can scroll  through the options and click on the Claim your gift which will automatically take you on the gift screen where you can claim it.

It appears that you haven't completed any Matchmaking battles on these 3 accounts after the gifts arrived. Perhaps the number of years spent away may correlate to how many battles you need to finish to be able to claim them. 

 

Try to complete 1-2 Matchmaking battles with these 3 accounts and see if they appear for you. Remember to have at least 100 reputation points (score gained in battle for killing, capturing objectives etc.) when the battle ends.

I also I'm having issues

my main 3 legends are ok but  my lower ranks that have been here since 2015 are not giving me any rewards from the special gifts ..

not sure why I'm having issues.. I have battled on both of these accounts over the years .

 I see what your saying . and yes on 2 accounts so far I had too. But ( yea the But )  on 24-carrot and Bydo never had to.

also it only works for me on the download version and not Firefox. tanki has been having issues with it for sometime and has never solved my issues with it..

( all 5 accounts are now good )
