one player can send his crystals and rubies to other accounts. This would help the player who has more than 1 account and he decides to transfer all crystals and rubies to his/her main account.

since you said it would break game balance as players will transfer crystals to their new accounts, then you should allow this currency transfer for only higher ranked accounts, this will balance the game

Sharing game items is against the Game rules as clearly stated and mentioned to you in above topics. Getting high ranks is not difficult these days, and considering the reward-based system, it allows for easy crystal or rubies farming scenarios.
